Self-check responses

The self-checks run in your browser. This theme does not send, save, or associate your answers with your identity. Reloading the page clears them.

Contacting the clinic

Telephone, SMS, and email links open your chosen communication app. Information you choose to send will be handled by that service and the clinic. Please ask for the approved secure channel before sending medical records.

External services

Map directions and reference links open third-party websites with their own privacy policies. This theme does not embed tracking pixels, third-party fonts, or analytics. Embedded Google Maps and patient videos are described below. Your WordPress host and any plugins may process technical information separately.

Questions about information handling

Contact Cam Sur Eye Center at hello@camsureye.com for questions or requests about your information.

Medical information

Website content and self-checks are for general education. They do not establish a diagnosis, create an emergency service, or replace an eye examination. Please seek urgent care for sudden or severe symptoms.

Google Maps and patient videos

Location pages load Google Maps in an embedded frame. Google receives connection information such as your IP address when the map loads and may use cookies under its own policies. You can open the location directly in Google Maps using the link below each map. Patient videos stream from camsureye.com only when you choose to play them. When automatic Google reviews are enabled, the review sections connect to Google as they come into view. Google receives technical connection information such as your IP address. This website does not retain the fetched review content in its database or browser storage. If the connection is unavailable, labeled dated snapshots and Google links remain. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy.
